The file `tgif-3.0-p3-bin.static' is a statically-linked FreeBSD binary for
William Cheng's TGIF drawing utility (version 3.0-p3).  It was built under
FreeBSD 2.1.0-RELEASE.  It will also work on FreeBSD 2.2-960323-SNAP, and
may well work on subsequent versions of FreeBSD, as well.
