The files in here are in the "package" format the pkg_* tools of OpenBSD
accept.  You add a package to your system by running, as root:

pkg_add filename

There is a file with hash checksums of the packages in here called MD5.
As packages might run scripts for you behind your back you might want to
be sure that the md5 checksums are OK before you add them to your system.
