MEME-Alphabet

Provides nucleobase alphabet capabilities for Perl code.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

	perl Makefile.PL
	make
	make test
	make install

After installing, you can find documentation for this module with the
perldoc command.

    perldoc MEME::Alphabet
